Welcome to Poetic Jazz! We are delighted to have you as a patron of our poetic and musical experience. Before you proceed with your attendance to any Poetic Jazz show, please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions, as they govern your relationship with Poetic Jazz.

POETIC JAZZ TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Lola Ladae LLC, operating as Poetic Jazz, with its principal place of business located at 8735 Dunwoody Pl, Sandy Springs, GA 30350, United States.

2. ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your attendance at Poetic Jazz events, including ticket purchases, entry, seating, behavior, and participation in any related services, whether purchased online or in person (the “Services”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not purchase tickets or attend an event.

3. TICKET PURCHASES AND SEATING

All tickets are required for entry and must be purchased through official Poetic Jazz channels or authorized partners.

Seating is limited and typically prioritized based on ticket purchase time and designated seating tiers, where applicable. Seating priority may be limited after specified cutoff times, such as 8:15 PM for select events. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed preferred seating.

We reserve the right to modify seating arrangements for safety, production, or venue requirements without prior notice.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND BYOB POLICY

Age requirements vary by event but are generally 21+ unless otherwise stated or permitted by applicable law.

If an event permits BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage), guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol possession, consumption, and transportation. Poetic Jazz assumes no responsibility for guests’ personal alcohol consumption or misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply with age restrictions, alcohol policies, or applicable laws.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE

Photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur at Poetic Jazz events.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, or voice may be captured and grant Lola Ladae LLC, operating as Poetic Jazz, permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such recordings for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes, without compensation, in any media format now known or later developed, to the extent permitted by law.

This may include use on social media, websites, press materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

Where reasonably available, guests who do not wish to appear in recorded content may avoid designated filming areas. Guests with specific privacy concerns may contact Poetic Jazz before the event to discuss available options.

6. SECURITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

For safety reasons, security measures may be in place at events, including bag checks or entry screening where required by the venue.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Poetic Jazz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during an event.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward artists, staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and other guests.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, violent, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Removal for misconduct does not entitle the guest to a refund, except where required by law.

Poetic Jazz is committed to maintaining a welcoming, creative environment and does not tolerate harassment, violence, or threatening conduct.

8. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND TRANSFERS

All ticket sales are final. Poetic Jazz does not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers except where expressly stated by Poetic Jazz or required by applicable law.

If an event is officially canceled by Poetic Jazz, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable refund or credit options.

Any event-specific refund or credit arrangement communicated by Poetic Jazz will apply to that event. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the transaction is subject to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable event details, and the policies of the payment processor or ticketing platform used to complete your purchase.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, notice a duplicate transaction, do not recognize a charge, or have a concern about your purchase, please contact Poetic Jazz at poeticjazzofficial@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible. We will review the concern and work to resolve legitimate billing issues.

Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to our Refunds, Exchanges, and Transfers policy, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable law.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Lola Ladae LLC, operating as Poetic Jazz, reserves the right to submit relevant supporting documentation to the payment processor, ticketing platform, acquiring bank, or other appropriate party.

Documentation may include:

Ticket purchase confirmations and transaction records.
The applicable event listing and published ticket policies.
These Terms & Conditions and evidence of their availability at the time of purchase.
Ticket delivery, check-in, attendance, or entry records, where available.
Relevant communications with the purchaser.
Evidence of event delivery, cancellation, rescheduling, or any refund or credit issued.

Unauthorized Payments, Fraud, and Future Entry

Where permitted by applicable law and payment platform rules, tickets associated with confirmed fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payments, reversed payments, or unpaid purchases may be canceled or invalidated. Entry may be denied if a valid, paid ticket cannot be verified.

If Lola Ladae LLC, operating as Poetic Jazz, determines based on reasonable evidence that a transaction involves fraud, intentional payment abuse, or a knowingly false payment dispute, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Such action may include contesting the dispute, reporting suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate payment processor or financial institution, preserving and submitting relevant evidence, and pursuing available legal remedies where warranted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poetic Jazz also reserves the right to refuse future ticket purchases, cancel orders, or deny entry to individuals reasonably believed to have engaged in substantiated fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or intentional misuse of our ticketing services.

These measures will be applied in accordance with applicable law and relevant payment platform policies. Nothing in this section prohibits customers from initiating legitimate payment disputes or exercising their legal rights.

10. HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION (PRIVACY & DATA USE)

We collect personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you purchase tickets, sign up for updates, or otherwise engage with our Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share relevant information with trusted third-party service providers, including ticketing platforms, payment processors, and email service providers, as reasonably necessary to operate our business, deliver our Services, process transactions, prevent fraud, and address payment disputes.

Sponsor and Venue Partners: For select events, Poetic Jazz may partner with sponsors, venues, or other event partners who request access to attendee information for marketing, promotional, or event-related purposes. Where applicable, guests will have the opportunity to opt in through the checkout process before their information is shared with these partners for such purposes. We will only share information covered by the guest’s consent and will not treat ticket purchase alone as consent to sponsor or partner marketing.

Guests may choose not to opt in to sponsor or partner communications without affecting their ability to purchase a ticket or attend an event, unless the disclosure is necessary to fulfill a clearly disclosed event-related service or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable, guests may also opt in to or opt out of Poetic Jazz marketing communications during checkout or signup. Transactional communications related to ticket purchases, event updates, and attendance may still be sent as necessary.

We take reasonable steps to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on our official website with a revised effective date, where appropriate.

Updates will apply prospectively to purchases and attendance as permitted by applicable law. The terms applicable to an existing purchase will not be changed retroactively where prohibited by law.
