Welcome to Poetic Jazz! We are delighted to have you as a patron of our poetic and musical experience. Before you proceed with your attendance to any Poetic Jazz show, please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions, as they govern your relationship with Poetic Jazz.

POETIC JAZZ TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US

“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Lola Ladae LLC, operating Poetic Jazz, with its principal place of business located at 8735 Dunwoody Pl, Sandy Springs, GA 30350, United States.

2. ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your attendance at Poetic Jazz events, including ticket purchases, entry, seating, behavior, and participation in any related services, whether purchased online or in person (the “Services”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not attend or purchase tickets.

3. TICKET PURCHASES AND SEATING

All tickets are required for entry and must be purchased through official Poetic Jazz channels or authorized partners.

Seating is limited and typically prioritized based on ticket purchase time and designated seating tiers where applicable. Seating priority may be limited after specified cutoff times (for example, after 8:15 PM for select events), and late arrivals may not be guaranteed preferred seating.

We reserve the right to modify seating arrangements for safety, production, or venue requirements without prior notice.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND BYOB POLICY

Age requirements vary by event but are generally 21+ unless otherwise stated or accompanied by a legal guardian where permitted by law.

If an event permits BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage), guests are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding alcohol consumption and transportation. Poetic Jazz assumes no responsibility for personal alcohol consumption or misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply with age restrictions or alcohol policies.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE

By attending any Poetic Jazz event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur during the event.

By entering the event premises, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and/or recorded, and you grant Poetic Jazz (Lola Ladae LLC) the irrevocable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such media in any format for promotional, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes, now known or later developed.

This includes use on social media, websites, press materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

Attendance constitutes consent to this media use. If you do not wish to appear in recorded content, you may choose to avoid designated filming areas where reasonably available; however, entry into the event confirms acceptance of this policy.

6. SECURITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

For safety reasons, security measures may be in place at events, including bag checks or entry screening where required by the venue.

Poetic Jazz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during events. Guests are responsible for securing their own property at all times.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward artists, staff, volunteers, and other guests.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Poetic Jazz is a safe, creative environment, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, violence, or disrespectful conduct.

8. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers unless an event is officially canceled by Poetic Jazz.

If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with refund or credit options where applicable.

9. HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION (PRIVACY & DATA USE)

We collect personal information such as name, email address, and phone number when you purchase tickets, sign up for updates, or engage with our Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share personal information with trusted third-party vendors (such as ticketing platforms, payment processors, and email service providers) strictly for operational purposes related to delivering the Services.

Where applicable, you will have the ability to opt in or opt out of marketing communications during checkout or signup.

10. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND DATA CONSENT (IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE NOTICE)

By attending a Poetic Jazz event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, and voice may be captured during the event.

You consent to the use of such recordings by Poetic Jazz for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of this condition.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued attendance at events constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
