Service Description
Keys and Confidence is a 4-week online beginner piano program designed to help you build skills and confidence from day one in a supportive, creative environment. Classes begin Monday, May 4th at 6:30 PM, and each session is 35-40 minutes long. You’ll learn the fundamentals step by step: understanding the keyboard, forming basic chords, developing rhythm, and playing simple songs, while seeing real progress each week. No experience is needed. Taught in a relaxed group setting, this course encourages questions, embraces mistakes as part of learning, and keeps piano approachable, enjoyable, and never overwhelming. Perfect for adults and beginners ready to start their piano journey this spring.

Cancellation Policy
Online lessons are designed to provide structured, step-by-step instruction for new and developing musicians. Each session is reserved for your group (up to 5), and preparation must begin prior to your lesson time. To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, the following booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies apply. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before their scheduled lesson time without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged the full session rate. • No-shows are charged 100% of the lesson fee. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be forfeited. Technical Policy • Students must test Zoom/Google Meet before the session. • Lessons will start and end at the scheduled time, even if technical difficulties occur on the student’s end. • If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule at no cost. Refund Policy All lesson purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion in case of emergency.
